Will we effectively tackle climate change?

Here’s a note from Mark Trexler about his article:

98% of today’s climate stories deal with either 1) the changing climate, or 2) whether we can still successfully tackle climate change. There is relatively little focus on whether we WILL successfully tackle climate change. I’ve been working for years to identify the “Trillion Dollar Questions” behind whether we WILL successfully tackle climate change, and we’ve spent thousands of hours curating information to allow in-depth exploration of those questions.
