It’s great to see the LEGO Group tying all employee bonuses to its emissions reduction targets. This kind of incentive drives not only the overall strategy but also all the individual operational decisions. It’s absolutely critical for a successful transition. Especially positive to see after Lego’s backtrack from its oil-free bricks last year.
