“Sustainable” shareholder proposal garners 94% support!

Shareholder proposal at Jack in the Box AGM breaks support record for an E&S proposal. Going to be a wild proxy season.

• Virtual meetings: **68.67%** support (board made no recommendation)

• Sustainable packaging: **94.22%** (with an AGAINST rec from the board). This proposal received the highest *EVER* support level of any E&S shareholder proposal (that was not supported by management/the board)
