27% of public company directors say that sustainability is a top priority

According to a survey of directors from 300 public companies (see page 18), 50% of directors believe ESG is getting too much attention, while 43% say it is getting the proper amount and 7% say too little. And on page 17, only 27% say that developing and executing a sustainability strategy is a top priority…and 24% say that developing and executing a DEI strategy is a top priority…
