EEO-1 disclosures nearly doubles (but percentage overall still low)

The latest report from JUST Capital shows that about 11% of the 954 Russell 1000 (104 companies) companies disclosed either their EE0-1 report or the type of intersectional workforce gender, race, and ethnicity data that can be derived from an EEO-1 report, compared to 6% the prior year (and 4% in 2020). So that rate of growth is huge – but overall, the number of companies disclosing this information is still pretty low.
