Comparing three ESG engagement models (compliance/risk/impact)

I am working on an engagement deck for an ESG engagement workshop, and figured this slide would be of value to the ESG community.

This slide compares three ESG engagement models (compliance, risk management, and impact management). The table compares the different sub-components required for an effective engagement under each of these models.

Taking the engagement function to the next level, namely using engagement as a Risk Management Tool or Impact Management tool would require a significant enhancement to existing engagement models on multiple fronts.
